Romeo and Juliet

By William Shakespeare
Directed by Lauren Morris

“Two households, both alike in dignity…”

In Verona, Indiana in the not-too-distant future, the Capulets and the Montagues have been feuding as long as anyone can remember and there is always the threat of violence. Some of Shakespeare’s most beautiful and memorable poetry asks us; can love transform our culture the way it transforms Romeo and Juliet?
