Drew Hastings: Comedian, Farmer, Mayor Not Necessarily in that order. After twelve years, Drew gave up the LA scene and moved to Hillsboro, Ohio. He bought a farm and was recently reelected mayor. He is a favorite on The Bob & Tom Show, with appearances on Comedy Central and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and now, the 2nd term Mayor of Hillsboro, Ohio. Drew will be performing at the Terre Haute Brewing Company this Friday night at 8pm.

The Joe Marcinek Band plays at the Verve tonight! Come enjoy a chill evening with a great band, starting at 9pm.

The Randys will be returning to Poplar Pub on November 15th. The show starts at 9pm.

Saturday, November 16th

Join the Fiber Arts community and your friends for a one-of-a-kind fiberarts event at the historic Red Barn, an urban farmstead. An exciting group of vendors and professionals will be showcasing their products at Winters Eve. United by their reverence and love of wool and natural fibers, you will find suppliers and designers for rug hooking, knitting, crochet, spinning, weaving, and stitching inspiration and hard to find source materials. In addition, several finished handmade artisans will be joining us, just in time for the winter months and gifting season. A breakfast & lunch will be available in the Farmhouse courtesy of Chef Kris Kraut of The Butler’s Pantry Food Co. The event takes place this Saturday from 9am-3pm.

Join Tollys Bar and Grill for their second Karaoke Contest with Host Alisa! This contest is to help raise money for The Garrett Sands Kindness Project. We will have donation buckets and Kindness Shirts.

Sun King Brewery + Newfields invite you to an evening full of winter wonderland jubilee at the Sun King downtown Indy location on November 16th from 2-5pm.

This is our second year collaborating on Electric Reindeer, a brown ale with ginger and molasses, in celebration of the upcoming Winterlights hosted at Newfields starting this November. Electric Reindeer will be sold exclusively in 6-pack cans at Newfields during the duration Winterlights.

The Carmel Christkindlmarkt has brought the old world charm of Christmas in Germany to beautiful Carmel, Indiana. The Christmas market tradition stretches back to Saxony, Germany during the middles ages. Over the centuries, the joys of the traditional Christmas markets spread from town to town, and around the world!

Here are a few reminders:
*The Christkindlmarkt is open Wednesday-Sunday
*Pets are not allowed
*There is no admission fee to enter but if you wish to skate or make purchases, there is a cost associated with that
