Max + Honey’s is a you pick flower and pumpkin patch located in Brazil, Indiana. We invite you to come to our farm this fall to take in the beautiful autumn colors while enjoying a ride on ‘Little Man’ (our handsome horse); a stroll through the country via our hay wagon; a venture into the pumpkin patch and flower field to find some beauties, but be sure to stop and pet Milo & Otis (our playful miniature donkeys) and their friends! Stop for lunch or a sweet treat at M+H General Store. Bring your children as we will have plenty of fun and entertainment for them!

Saturday, September 19th

The Terre Haute Farmer’s Market takes place every Saturday from 8-12 at the Meadows Shopping Center parking lot. They’ve got an amazing list of vendors that set up, I just picked up some fresh flowers last week and will have to go again. Their times will change in October with it being daylight later in the day.

District 6 Market is hosting another Fork + Flowers event on their property this Saturday. Come out from 9am-6pm to shop their product tent. Taco in a Bag by KBL will be on site dishing up some yummy desserts and tacos! Don’t forget to browse their selection of fall flowers and pumpkins. 

The City Market Catacombs Tours are back and taking reservations. These sell out quickly, so grab tickets now. Their guided tour of the Catacombs shows you a Roman-looking expanse of brick arches beneath the outdoor Whistler Plaza of City Market. They offer tours select Saturdays, July through October. Tours run different times throughout the day. 

The tour costs $12 per person ages 12 and up; $10 per member of Indiana Landmarks; $6 per child (age 6-11); free for children 5 and under (no strollers).

Tickets must be purchased in advance by visiting catacombs2020.eventbrite.com.

The Indiana Brewery Running Series is hosting a 5k this Saturday at Big Lug Canteen. at 11am enjoy a course that ends in beer!

They are all about being active, having fun and giving back to our local community and a portion of your registration dollars goes directly to local non-profits!

Sunday, September 20th

Yoga & craft beer: the best of both worlds for fitness and indulgence. Spend most Sunday mornings at Metazoa Brewing Company unwinding with both! 

This yoga flow led by local instructors is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. No need to sign up, just show up with your mat!

The yoga class is $10 and it includes your first pint of beer.

FACE MASKS: In accordance with new #MaskUpIndy guidelines, face masks are mandatory for all customers visiting Metazoa Brewing Co.
Masks are required for events and group gatherings in our taproom. So please bring one if you plan to join us for this event!

For workout classes in our taproom, masks are required when entering/exiting the taproom and ordering beer, but will not be required for the duration of the class once you are on your mat and spread out at least 6ft away from other attendees.

Go horseback riding this weekend!! Book a private guided trail ride with us! Rides are available 7 days a week for groups of up to 4 people. Rides last around 1.5 hours and go through our riding trails featuring rolling hills, valleys, streams, and woods. See many kinds of local wildlife including, deer, fox, wild turkey, coyote, and mink. For a group of 2 riders it is $55.00 per person. For a group of 3 riders it is $50.00 per person. Join Kleptz Restaurant to celebrate Bourbon Heritage Month in September.
They’ll start with a bourbon tasting and welcome cocktail with Jerry Knight, the founder of W.H. Harrison Indiana Bourbon. Then you’ll enjoy a leisurely multi-course dinner of dishes made with and complementing the bourbons. Each course will be paired with a signature Harrison Bourbon cocktail. This is a special treat; we hope you can join us September 20th!
Note that the restaurant will be closed to the public for this special event, so we’ll have plenty of room to spread out tables at safe and socially distant spacing around the building. Groups can be accommodated, and if you have a specific seating preference please contact us with your request. Doors open at 5:30pm and the first course is presented at 6:30pm.
