Our 2019 Show – “The HELL HOUSE of Prospect Street”

Spring 1971

Widow and single mother Elaine Roberts purchased the home at 2002 Prospect Street in Indianapolis so that her and her young daughter, Elizabeth, could have a fresh start. Elaine’s husband, William, had recently been killed in a tragic and suspicious fire that destroyed the family’s previous home in a small Indiana town. Some townsfolk there had accused Elaine of practicing witchcraft and even went as far as to accuse her of her husband’s murder for financial gain.

Shortly after moving into their new Indianapolis home, young Elizabeth disappeared without a trace. Elaine seemed distraught, however past accusations and rumors of witchcraft slowly made their way to the big city. Elaine retreated and hid inside the home for years. In 1981, Elaine was found hanging above her bed. Was this the suicide of a grieving parent or a sacrifice to demonic forces? The house sat abandoned for the next 38 years.

Present Day

After sitting empty and quiet for nearly 4 decades, neighbors of the house on Prospect Street have been reporting strange lights and eerie sounds. The stories of Elaine and Elizabeth have started swirling among locals again. Some remain convinced that Elaine practiced witchcraft and sacrificed her husband and young daughter to Satan himself. Others believe young Elizabeth’s spirit is trapped within the walls of the home, bound by an evil and tortuous spell. Most believe that a direct gateway to Hell was opened by Elaine in the home nearly 40 years ago, earning the home it’s nickname of “Hell House”.

As a member of the Paranormal Indianapolis Research Society (P.I.R.S.), YOU have been called in by your team founder, James Wyatt, to conduct a paranormal investigation. Using the latest technology in the field, Wyatt plans on finally recording definitive proof of the paranormal. Psychic medium Madam Windstrom has been called upon to conduct a seance in search of answers. Father Benjamin Brennon of the Catholic Church has been called upon to bless the home. Since the announcement of this large-scale investigation a few weeks ago, the house has been quiet once again…

…….until tonight.
