We elves try to stick to the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup. This weekend is all about the holidays and we’ve got plenty to keep you and your little ones busy. Not to mention Santa is making the rounds all around town, so you don’t have any excuses to miss him!
Friday, December 14th
Put on your pajamas, grab a cup of hot chocolate, and take a ride on The Polar Express on Friday, December 14th & Saturday, December 15th at The Moonlite Drive-In. Santa and Mrs. Clause will be here from 3 to 5:30 pm both days to greet the children.
Both movies are FREE to the Public!!!
POLAR EXPRESS rated G, running time of 1h 40m will play at 5 pm, followed by a showing of CHRISTMAS VACATION, rated PG-13, running time of 1h 37m starting at 7 pm. (Gates will open at 3 pm Friday, and 2 pm Saturday).
In addition to the evenings festivities, they will be holding a toy drive and food drive. Please bless the children of CASA by donating a new unwrapped toy and help to make their Christmas a little brighter. Also, they will be accepting food donations to benefit United Campus Ministries, a student food pantry serving all of our local colleges.
Adults wanna have fun too! Join the Avon Ice Rink for their 21 PLUS event, Bumper Cars & Brews every Friday in December! Food truck, drinks, sweet treat to take home and ice bumper car rides! Makes a great date night or group outing! Tonight the event is from 6-8pm.John Henderson is releasing a Christmas Album “Here Lies Hope” this Friday evening at the Red Barn. $25 per person includes dinner at 630, and the concert following at 715. Join him in celebrating his achievement! Did someone say, “Christmas Cookies”?! Join Baesler’s for their first inaugural Cookie Walk! Their Cookie Walk will feature a large assortment of bakery-made cookies ready to be hand selected and put in a container. Cookies will be sold by the pound and you will be able to mix and match your own holiday selection! They make a great gift for office friends, neighbors, shut-ins and are perfect for your holiday parties! The Cookie Walk will take place Friday & Saturday starting at 10am.

They will kick off the day with two different reservation ONLY Breakfast with Santa sessions. The Breakfast with Santa event features exclusive time with Santa, breakfast, and more!
At 12:30PM, our Country Christmas activities will open to the public including crafts, pictures with Santa, and more.

Each adult or child present will need a ticket for themselves for Breakfast with Santa. Child Breakfast with Santa tickets are for ages 12 and under.

Santa BucketLet’s get in the Christmas spirit together at Olive Tree Marketplace! Gather your friends together and join Teri Burton of The Robin’s Nest as she leads you through an afternoon of painting. Class begins at 2pm. In this 2.5 hour class, you will paint a truck with your choice of trees or a snowman in the bed. Your truck can even be personalized with a saying such as “Let it Snow” or your last name. A new show comes to the Beef & Boards stage just in time for the holidays, and it’s perfect for the entire family. Based on the famous film, it’s “Elf, The Musical!”
Buddy, a young orphan, crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole where he is raised as an elf. But when he grows much taller than the other elves and has a lack of toy making skills, Buddy decides to travel to New York City to discover his true identity.
