Join us for our first ever fall brunch brought to you by our very own Chef Erin Kem! Tickets are $55 (tax and tip are included). We will have two times to choose from, 10am or 12pm. Seats are limited, so don’t wait! Brunch Menu Reception Beer/Mimosa to start 1st COURSE – CHOICE -“Breakfast Salad”— greens, roasted sweet potatoes, pecan granola, maple vinaigrette or – Beet toast with smoked trout, pistachios, goat cheese 2nd COURSE – CHOICE Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast or -Farinata (chickpea pancake) with kale, chickpeas, cheese, hard-boiled egg or -Veggie hash (potatoes, carrots, onions, Brussels sprouts, …) with a poached egg and whole grain mustard sauce Pick a side protein— bacon or lamb sausage 3rd COURSE -Wild Rice and Fruit Parfait with honey yogurt -BONUS! Take-home pumpkin cinnamon roll Each course comes with an 8oz beer or wine of your choice to create your own pairing!
