Friday, October 23rd
6-8pm: Spooky Fun – Join the naturalists and Friends of McCormick’s Creek for a fun filled evening in the playfield behind the pool! Hear spooky stories by the campfire, have your fortune read, meet a snake charmer to meet reptiles, and make a Halloween craft!

Saturday, October 24th
10:30am-3pm: Self-guided Spooky Trail – Drop by the Nature Center to get a scavenger hunt that guides you through our habitat trail
1-3pm: Pumpkin Carving – Reserve a pumpkin by emailing [email protected] – $5/pumpkin donation to Friends of McCormick’s Creek. This will be at the Nature Center’s outdoor amphitheater. Thanks to Harriman Farms for donating the pumkins!
4pm: Science That Seems Like Magic – Meet Jessica at the Nature Center’s outdoor amphitheater to see some of nature’s wonders!
4-6pm: Campground Trick-or-Treating – This activity is limited to overnight guests only! Proof of overnight stay (hangtags or keys) is required to walk into the campground.
6:30-8pm: Costume Contest – Come to the amphitheater by Canyon Inn to enter our annual costume contest! Winners of different age groups will be announced at 8pm, see if your costume is the best! This event is restricted to 250 people per CDC guidelines.
