Local Looks: The French Hen

[Update: The French Hen is Closed]

This weekend I stopped by The French Hen & Co for new fall decor at their new location on East Davis Drive.  This is a must see boutique for home goods and farmhouse inspired decor.

I first visited The French Hen when they were located on 7th street in downtown Terre Haute.  I had just purchased a home built in the 1920’s and wanted to add some “farmhouse charm” to my dining room.  The French Hen actually builds custom farmhouse dining tables and benches.  They built one for my dining room, and I am absolutely 100% in LOVE with it.

I have since been a regular customer at their shop and 50% of my home decor was purchased from their amazing store.  They sell unique gifts, items for your little ones, home goods, clothing, & jewelry.  The French Hen even offers crafting classes and they just recently offered a Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Workshop.

The French Hen is Open Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm, & Saturdays 11am-3pm.  Visit the gorgeous shop at 410 E Davis Dr. right behind Old Navy in Southern Terre Haute.
